Our target
Stoify uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its design and platform target. This applies to the Stoify website, dashboard, builder, shared interface components, and default storefront experiences.
Merchants remain responsible for the accessibility of custom content, product data, media, and code they add to their storefronts. Stoify provides accessible defaults and guidance, but cannot guarantee the accessibility of merchant-controlled content.
How we work toward it
New and changed interfaces are reviewed for keyboard operation, focus visibility, semantic structure, accessible names and descriptions, form errors, responsive behaviour, motion preferences, and readable contrast. We use automated checks alongside manual keyboard and assistive-technology review where the interaction requires it.
Accessibility issues are treated as product defects. When a release introduces a barrier, we record it, prioritise its impact, and plan a remediation or an accessible alternative.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in Stoify, please tell us what happened, the page or feature involved, the device and browser you used, and an accessible way for us to contact you. You can email support@stoify.app. We welcome requests for information in an alternative format and will work with you to find a usable way to provide it.
