This Cookie Policy applies to Stoify's marketing website. The service is operated by Stoify. Questions about cookies can be sent to support@stoify.app.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies, including session storage and local storage, can perform related functions. This policy explains how Stoify uses these technologies on stoify.app and in Stoify-powered storefronts.
Strictly necessary technologies
These technologies are needed for a feature you request or for the secure operation of the service. They support authentication, account security, password-protected storefront access, shopping sessions, consent preferences, checkout, temporary builder preview state, and basic interface behaviour. They are not used by Stoify to build an advertising profile.
The consent choice is stored in the first-party stoify.cookie.consent cookie for up to one year so we do not repeatedly ask the same question. You can clear it in your browser to make a new choice.
Cookie inventory
The exact technologies used depend on whether you are visiting the marketing site, signing in, using a protected storefront, or using a merchant-enabled module. Names and durations can change when a feature is changed or a provider updates its implementation.
Optional analytics
Stoify marketing pages may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, navigation, and product interest. A merchant may configure a Google tag for a storefront. On Stoify marketing pages, analytics load only after you accept. On a storefront, the tag loads only after acceptance when the merchant enables Cookie Consent; without that module, a configured tag loads without a Stoify consent prompt.
Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Google lists a default expiration of up to two years, subject to browser limits and any settings applied to the relevant Analytics property. Google may also process device, browser, approximate location, and on-site activity data as described in its own policies.
After you accept analytics, Vercel Speed Insights may load a performance-measurement script and send Core Web Vitals and related technical performance information. It is not intended to set a Stoify cookie, but it is treated as optional analytics and is not loaded before consent.
If you decline on Stoify marketing pages or a storefront with Cookie Consent enabled, the optional analytics tag is not loaded. Storefronts without Cookie Consent do not present an accept-or-decline choice through Stoify. Stoify may still process limited server-side or operational information needed for security, delivery, and error handling.
Merchant storefronts
Merchants control whether their storefront uses analytics and whether the cookie-consent module is enabled. Merchants are responsible for their own cookie notice, privacy information, consent records, and configuration where required by law. Stoify provides technical controls but cannot decide a merchant's legal obligations or act as the merchant's controller for its customer data.
Managing or withdrawing your choice
You can accept or decline optional analytics using the banner shown on the relevant site. To withdraw a previous choice, clear the stoify.cookie.consent cookie and reload the site, or use the relevant browser controls. Blocking essential technologies may prevent account, cart, checkout, or security features from working correctly.
Changes and contact
