Contact us first
Send your complaint to support@stoify.app. The service is operated by Stoify.
How to make a complaint
Please email us with the subject line ‘Complaint’. Include your name, the email address connected to your Stoify account where relevant, a clear description of what went wrong, any useful dates or screenshots, and the outcome you are seeking.
We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it fairly, and keep you updated if we need more time or information. We aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days where the issue can reasonably be resolved in that period.
Subscription and consumer concerns
For a billing, plan, cancellation, renewal, or refund concern, include the relevant invoice or subscription details if you have them. You can also manage eligible subscription changes through the dashboard or the billing portal where it is available.
If you use Stoify as a consumer, this process does not affect any statutory rights you may have. If you bought the service for a business, we will still review your complaint under the agreement that applies to your account.
Privacy complaints
For a personal-data concern, email us first so we can investigate. If you are in the UK and remain unhappy with how Stoify has handled your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact the ICO.
Alternative dispute resolution
Stoify does not currently commit to using a particular alternative dispute resolution provider. If this changes, we will update this page with the relevant provider and contact details. Nothing here prevents either party from pursuing another remedy available under applicable law.
This page is general information about Stoify's complaints process and is not legal advice.
