- By Stoify
Stoify now includes an optional Events module for publishing gatherings, selling ticket tiers, registering attendees, and sending timely customer reminders.

An event is a different kind of storefront promise. The customer is not only buying something to take home. They are reserving time, choosing a ticket, and trusting the business to make the important details easy to find.
Today we are introducing the optional Stoify Events module, built for stores, studios, venues, makers, and teams that want to bring gatherings into the same system as their storefront.
Events start in the dashboard calendar
The dashboard is organised around the date first. Merchants can create an event with its timezone, start and end time, venue or online link, cover image, description, and publication status. A monthly calendar gives the team a quick view of what is coming up, and each date can open directly into event planning or editing.
Events are off by default, so existing storefronts do not gain a new public surface unexpectedly. Once enabled from Settings → Modules, the Events navigation item and event workspace become available.
Ticket tiers keep the offer flexible
An event can have one or more ticket tiers. A paid ticket uses the site’s connected Stripe account through a dedicated event checkout, while a zero-price tier creates a free registration without sending the customer through merchandise checkout.
Each tier can also have its own optional capacity. That makes it possible to offer a limited early-access tier alongside a larger general-admission tier without inventing a separate inventory system for the event.
Registration details stay close to the event
The attendee view shows names, email addresses, ticket tiers, quantities, payment state, totals, and capacity usage. Registrations can be associated with a signed-in customer when one is available, while guest registration keeps the first step open for shoppers who are not ready to create an account.
The right email at the right time
Customers receive a registration confirmation after free entry is reserved or a paid ticket has completed. Stoify then sends one automatic reminder 24 hours before the event, using the event’s timezone and linking back to the event details.
The result is a calmer experience on both sides: merchants can see who is coming, and customers do not have to search their inbox for the time or location the day before.
Read the full Events and ticketing feature guide, then enable the optional module when your storefront is ready for its next gathering.
